Welcome to Omicron E.M.P.O.W.E.R.ment, the leading nonprofit, dedicated to fostering leadership and providing hope and opportunity within the community. Our mission is to shape the young leaders of our LGBTQ youth through service, mentorship, and academic support. We are committed to providing educational scholarships, social & emotional workshops, and career guidance for young LGBTQ+ individuals and descendants of LGBTQ+ parents. Our personalized programs cater to a wide range of age groups, from young children to young professionals.

Our Story

Omicron E.M.P.O.W.E.R.ment was founded by the ladies of Omicron Epsilon Pi Sorority Inc., the first lesbian sorority that caters to the needs of feminine lesbians. This 501c3 organization is dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ youth and providing them with the support they need to thrive.

We offer a range of programs targeted towards ages 13-21, young adults through college, and young professionals. From personalized mentorships to career guidance, our commitment to service and excellence is unwavering.
